This MAY we celebrated Memorial weekend in Pennsylvania for the marriage of Steve and Bethany Cooke. Steve is a close friend of John's as they spent several years together in Japan while active duty in the Air Force. There were also several engagements mid-year to include those of my younger sister Amanda to Zach Elbert, as well as Christian Hester and my dear friend Tammy Koehler. Tammy and Christian moved to San Francisco, but before they headed to California I took her to Dallas for some R&R. We went to the neatest interactive musical called "Tony & Tina's Wedding" where the audience was actually part of the cast! We were "friends" of the groom ; )
